IMAeVarsity has a ”NO REFUND” policy.

All course enrollments and fee payments are final. Course fee once paid is non-refundable. Once enrolled, the student cannot switch from one course to the other or from one batch to the other. Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another candidate even if that other candidate is his own family member.

Student is solely responsible for:

  • Choices made regarding the course enrolled and fee paid.
  • Reading all information about the course description, curriculum and payment of the course fee.
  • Carefully evaluating the course curriculum and title to ensure they meet the exact specifications you are looking for.
  • Not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit or debit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a course without your express permission.

By paying course fee for the imaeVarsity courses, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the imaeVarsity “No Refund” Policy.

Students enrolled are admitted to specific batches. They have a window period of 1 year for completion of the course. The exams are conducted at the end of the course and if the student fails to appear for the exam or fails in the examination, he/she can appear for the exam two more times at six months and one year duration.

If the student doesn’t take the final exams or fails to clear the final exams within 2 years of his/her joining, he cannot continue further in the course. If the student wishes to continue in the course, the student has to take readmission by paying full course fee.
